There are few things I love more than a good list. But really, they’re practical, helpful, and occasionally really beautiful. I save lists from friends, found lists, and it’s always comforting to know that others share my same perversions.
Such is the case with Lists: To-dos, Illustrated Inventories, Collected Thoughts, and Other Artists’ Enumerations, a show currently up at the RISD Museum from the Smithsonian’s Archives of American Art. I had some time to check it out last week and was blown away.
